Hello, I'm Diana Brandon!

Founder of Diana Brandon Wellness, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, mom of three, and a women's health advocate.

I look at the foundations of health- digestion, blood sugar regulation, mineral balance, fatty acids, sleep and stress along with a nutrient dense diet. When one of the foundations is out of line it creates a series of cascading events.

 â€‹

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association.  Even though we do not diagnose and treat pathological conditions, injuries or disease, we focus on the “root cause” of the condition.  This starts with taking a detailed history, gathering information from the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and using a Food and Mood Journal.

We use holistic nutrition as the base of our practice, as well as evidence-based science.  I have extensive training in our systems of bodywork, why dysfunction happens, and how to bring balance with real food and support.  I believe that together we can get to the root cause of your symptoms to improve your health. I am happy to help you be your best self. I am thriving and living my best self and I want you to feel the same!

We have this modern disconnect with ourselves, the environment and the food that we eat.  As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I focus on the six foundations of health to help support your body and bring them into balance. These foundations focus on a nutrient dense diet, proper digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, minerals and hydration. They all work synergistically and it is amazing to see how they all balance each other out. The factor that we must always consider is that everyone has different needs.  When one of these foundations is out of sync there are consequences.  Some of these consequences look like bloating, constipation, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions, joint pain, adrenal fatigue, inflammation and vitamin deficiencies.

As an NTP, I look at the body as a whole. I look to see where your deficiencies lie and help you to achieve those goals. I also listen to each of my clients. If they say that they don't feel well or they think something is wrong I don't rely on blood work and say everything is fine or that their symptoms are in their head. There is a difference between feeling OPTIMAL and having a disease.

After filling out the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire we will get a Symptom Burden Graph.  This graph will show us where in the foundations we need to focus on.  I will then give you food, lifestyle and supplement recommendations that will help you start feeling your best self.  You will get unlimited support by me through email, Voxer messaging and we will meet together, either through video or in person, every other week.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?

Working with an NTP

Shannon

"For 13 years, I struggled with digestive issues and constant bloating after having my gallbladder removed.  No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to bring lasting relief—until I started working with Diana Brandon.  Through her expert guidance, we focused on healing my gut, supporting my digestion, and detoxing my body in a way that felt natural and sustainable.  For the first time in over a decade, I finally feel like my body is working with me instead of against me.  I’m beyond grateful for her knowledge, support, and the life-changing results I’ve experienced and look forward to hitting more goals for my body with her in the future!"
